ORDER PAYMENTS

TSÓK & Co accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Afterpay.

SHIPPING

All orders are generally shipped out the same day we receive your payment, however, during busy periods, orders may take longer to ship.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. Send back your item within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your money in full, excluding shipping costs.

Please note: Does not apply to general wear and tear, misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse orders we think may be fraudulent.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

TSÓK & Co offers a 100% money back guarantee on all orders. Simply return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your money in full, excluding shipping costs.

In order for us to process your request quickly, please follow this procedure:

  1. Email enquiries@tsokandco.com.au with your name, phone, address, a copy of your invoice showing order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.
  2. Send items to: TSÓK and Co, 51 Orwell Street, Camp Hill, Q 4152– please include your contact and order details. If undamaged, brushes must be in original and unused condition.
  3. We will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the sale.


COMPETITIONS

Prizes are to be claimed within 30 days of announcement.

CODE OF CONDUCT

TSÓK & Co will not accept abusive or defamatory behaviour directed at staff either by phone, email or via social media. Any persons found to be insulting, insinuating, abusive, or acting aggressively towards TSÓK & Co on social media will be blocked.

Customers found to be acting in an aggressive, defamatory, or abusive manner will have their orders refunded and cancelled, and their registration denied.
