Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. TSÓK & co Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
To organise a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your name, phone, address, a copy of your receipt showing your order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.
Send items to: TSÓK & co Returns, PO Box 88, Carina Qld 4152 (please include your contact and order details). If undamaged, items must be in original and unused condition.
If the items are accepted for a refund, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
TSÓK & co Pty Ltd reserve the right to refuse orders we think may be fraudulent.
