In order for us to process your request quickly, please follow this procedure:
- Email email@example.com with your name, phone, address, a copy of your invoice showing order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.
- Send items to: TSÓK and Co, PO Box 88, Carina Qld 4152 – please include your contact and order details. If undamaged, brushes must be in original and unused condition.
- We will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the sale.

Customers found to be acting in an aggressive, defamatory, or abusive manner will have their orders refunded and cancelled, and their registration denied.
